Are you ready for the busiest online shopping day?  This year, Cyber Monday takes place on Dec. 1st and a great way to efficiently and effectively drive traffic to your website is with the help of a highly targeted digital signage ad that highlights a specific product you are trying to sell on your E-commerce site.

Whether that be the latest and greatest tech toy or the trendiest new line of clothing, you can launch a unique digital signage ad for just the holiday season, that will catch the eyes of shoppers and let them know they have an online option when they discover everything in the brick and mortar environment has been picked over.

Here are some tips for your holiday digital signage ad:

-Use bright, warm festive colors for your ad’s background , such as green and red.  Also images of wrapped presents, snow flakes and the like are great for reinforcement.

-Be up front about delivery dates and let customers know ordering deadlines for gifts to make it in time for the holidays; nothing is more stressful than not knowing if a gift will make it to its final destination on time.

-If you have a holiday special that differentiates you from the competition, be sure to promote it in your ad.

Of course the holiday shopping season will continue past just Cyber Monday, but we hope these tips get you off and running to a great start.

AdSemble is great for letting individuals search, deploy and track advertisements across multiple out-of-home digital signage networks, but there is just one small problem…they must already have an ad created in order to use it!

So the debate as to whether or not to start a whole new separate blog for inside news, tips and tricks on AdSemble was short lived after a little peek into our Google Analytics account.

SEO aside, it just made sense to not convolute you, our loyal and growing fan base, by adding one more thing to your plate.

Ergo, what once was known as the Display Diary will know be the AdSemble Insider, nMotion technologies’ official blog for News, Updates and Tips on AdSemble. Additionally, we will continue to bring you great insight and questions from around the world of out-of-home digital signage, which earned us our very nice gains in SERP [Search Engine Results Page]

Ok, so in case you haven’t heard, we recently launched what we like to think of as the AdWords for Digital Out-of-home advertising- AdSemble.  The revolutionary new way everyone, especially local advertisers, can quickly and easily place an advertisement on 1 or 1000 digital signage screens in their own backyard, thus targeting various captive audiences more effectively than the old school traditional means.

So, did you see the new Proof of Performance reports that were released the other day? According to the American Association of Advertising Agencies website:

“The AAAA Out-of-Home Media Committee, chaired by Steve Mueller of Outdoor Services, recently met with Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA) representatives to discuss updating proof of performance reports, particularly for the new digital billboards.

The Committee and OAAA agreed these reports provide a spot or “play” list similar to what is common in radio and television reporting. They are generated by the out-of-home vendor’s computers that operate the digital networks and provide exact campaign details.”
