AdSemble was founded on a clear, simple idea:
Make advertising across multiple digital signage networks easy and effective.

 
 
In late 2007, Matthew Olivieri began seeing digital TV screens everywhere he went - malls, cafes, airports, buses and even on top of gas pumps too. He asked himself how someone could place an advertisement across all these 'digital touch points' and sadly discovered you would have to contact each closed circuit network one-by-one.  
 
Seeing a clear need to alleviate a major pain, Matthew set out to come up with a more efficient and scalable approach to the buying, selling and measuring of advertising space across multiple digital out of home (DOOH) advertising networks.  
 
Teaming up with Sunny Hasrajani and Arshdeep Mand for the back end coding as well as childhood friend Phil Sheffield for the front end graphics, Matthew's vision for the new company was brought to life.  
 
Affectionately called AdSemble, the company's name is a play on the words, "Assemble" as in assembling all these digital touch points together under one roof and "Ad" as in advertisement.

Matthew has a track record of building successful organizations through the motivation and leadership of those around him. Matthew's vision and passion helped to propel AdSemble from conception to incorporation and he is primarily responsible for the company's long term growth strategy. He received his B.S. in Business Management from San Jose State University and has an extensive background in both sales and marketing. In his free time, Matthew enjoys reading.

Sunny is an experienced software engineer with a background in PHP, JAVA, Databasing, and HTML/CSS web design. Sunny is currently seeking his Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Santa Clara University. As an entrepreneur and technology enthusiast, he met Matthew in 2008 and working with him, laid the foundations for AdSemble and helped build the Beta release. As Lead Engineer, he directs the integration of new features and revisions to the User Experience. In his free time, Sunny is an avid marathon runner.

Mike brings 7 years of sales & marketing to the AdSemble team. He has been recognized for his exceptional customer service and management leadership skills. In 2008, long time friend and co-founder Matthew Olivieri approached and asked if he wanted to help build an exciting new startup in the Digital Out-of-Home Advertising industry. Mike received his B.S. in Business Marketing from San Jose State University. In his free time, Mike can be found with his daughter at HP Pavilion rooting on the San Jose Sharks.

Software Engineer
 
AdSemble is a cutting edge new startup company focused on making out-of-home digital signage advertising accessible to everyone, everywhere has immediate openings for the role of Software Engineer. 
 
The Engineering team is responsible for planning, staging and executing design improvements to our current platform while also brainstorming and delivering new product solutions. Consisting of high-achieving engineering, sales and marketing professionals, we work with a vast array of partners and customers to advance the company's mission of making advertising across multiple digital signage networks easy and effective.
 
AdSemble is looking for intelligent, experienced and talented individuals to join the Engineering team implementing AdSemble solutions including the AdSemble enterprise edition.  
 
You must be comfortable working in teams, analyzing complex mathematical equations and adhering to strict deadlines. You also must have demonstrated the ability to qualitatively made processes more efficient and effective through your engineering skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the entire design process from planning to execution
  • Build foundation for our various systems

Inside Sales Representative
 
AdSemble is a cutting edge new startup company focused on making out-of-home digital signage advertising accessible to everyone, everywhere has immediate openings for the role of Inside Sales Representative. 
 
The Inside Sales team focuses on integrating AdSemble products and services into small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies. Consisting of high-achieving engineering, sales and marketing professionals, we work with a vast array of partners and customers to advance the company's mission of making advertising across multiple digital signage networks easy and effective.
 
AdSemble is looking for upbeat, focused and well-organized individuals to join the Inside Sales team selling AdSemble solutions including the AdSemble and AdCumulate enterprise editions.
 
You must be comfortable making dozens of cold calls a day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, building solutions and closing sales of $30 to $100K. You must also have demonstrated experience prospecting and growing an account list, as well as closing sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Lead Generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow up
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Present and articulate advanced product features
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years selling experience in hardware/software sales
  • Proven track record in inside sales
  • Experience in closing deals in the $30-$90K range
  • Ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close
  • Ability to manage in high activity and high transaction environment
  • Excellent communications capabilities
