Company Overview
nMotion technologies mission is to generate new technologies and/or improve upon ones already in place, thus empowering people all over the world to lead more efficient and effective lives.
As a first step in achieving that mission, nMotion tech's founders Matthew Olivieri, Arshdeep Mand and Philip Sheffield set out to solve the unproductive process of placing an advertisement across multiple out-of-home digital signage networks, due to the gross fragmentation of those networks.
Their approach was simple yet effective; a single online platform called AdSemble, that aggregated advertising airtime from all the networks and then empowered advertisers to be able to search, buy and track the effectiveness of ads they launched across various network's screens.
The founders of nMotion tech further felt that a process this helpful, with an advertising medium as dynamic and engaging as digital signage should not be limited to only big budgeted national advertisers or goliath ad agencies. By allowing users to place a maximum bid for how much they were willing to spend (the first ever system of its kind in the industry), and then letting their patent pending algorithm decide who won the slot based on ad content and other factors, advertisers of all shapes and sizes could now gain access to this space on a more level playing field.

Management Team
Matthew J. Olivieri - Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO
Born and raised in South San Jose, Matthew is a serial Entrepreneur with a proven track record of executing on his ambitious (sometimes Crazy) disruptive ideas. Matthew has 10+ years of sales and marketing experience. In 2007, he founded nMotion technologies as a media company, specializing in Out-of-Home Digital Signage advertising and is primarily responsible for its long-term strategic growth. He received his B.S. in Business Management from San Jose State University and in his free time enjoys reading, playing way too much soccer, and riding his motorcycle.
Fun Fact: Matthew grew up across the street from co-founder Philip Sheffield and has known him for 21 years.
Arshdeep Mand - Co-Founder & CTO
Arshdeep is an experienced software engineer with a background in PHP, JAVA, Ruby on Rails, Databasing, and HTML/CSS web design. He is currently seeking a B.S. in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California, Berkeley. As an entrepreneur and technology enthusiast, he met Matthew in 2007 and working with him, laid the foundations for AdSemble and helped build the Beta release. As CTO, he directs the integration of new features and revisions to the User Experience. In his free time he likes to play Basketball.
Fun Fact: Arsh aspires to one day win the World Series of Poker.
Philip Sheffield - Co-Founder & CCO
Philip is an award winning master of design, illustration and branding. He has over six years of experience in designing websites that have focused on a great User Interface and quantifiable results. In 2007, long time friend and Co-Founder Matthew Olivieri approached and asked if he wanted to visually bring to life a new project he was working on, code named Prometheus. Soon thereafter, AdSemble was born. Philip received his B.F.A. from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in Art & Design with a concentration in Graphic Design and a minor in history.
Fun Fact: Phil dressed up as a luchador (Mexican wrestler) for the 2008 Bay to Breakers race.

Christopher John "CJ" Cornell - CJ is a veteran media industry executive with a long history of creating and marketing products in cable television, broadband, and other consumer media platforms. He has held positions as Sr. Vice President, Programming & Product Management at Ruckus Networks, CEO & President at Chaos Media Networks, Sr. Director - Business Development at Canal+/Vivendi/Universal and Program Manager at Disney/Americast.
Christian Celic - Christian is a 14 year veteran of the internet startup world specializing in single site sales, rep firm sales, business development and operations management. Christian has successfully helped build online advertising supported businesses for some of the webs leading properties such as LiquidGeneration.com, NetZero, Expedia.com, Mapquest.com, Zagat.com, Worldnow.com, Ruckus.com, Nasdaq.com, Bizjournals.com, AskMen.com, Evite.com, Ticketmaster.com and many others. He is currently CEO & President at Reptide Media.

The Motioneering team is responsible for planning, staging and executing design improvements to our current platform while also brainstorming and delivering new product solutions. Consisting of high-achieving engineering, sales and marketing professionals, we work with a vast array of partners and customers to advance the company's mission of generating new technologies and/or improve upon ones already in place, thus empowering people all over the world to lead more efficient and effective lives. nMotion technologies is looking for intelligent, experienced and talented individuals to join the Motioneering team implementing nMotion technologies solutions including the AdSemble and AdCumulate enterprise editions.
You must be comfortable working in teams, analyzing complex mathematical equations and adhering to strict deadlines. You also must have demonstrated the ability to qualitatively made processes more efficient and effective through your engineering skills.

Inside Sales Representative
nMotion technologies, Inc. a cutting edge new startup company focused on making out-of-home digital signage advertising accessible to everyone, everywhere has immediate openings for the role of Inside Sales Representative.
The Inside Sales team focuses on integrating nMotion technologies products and services into small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies. Consisting of high-achieving engineering, sales and marketing professionals, we work with a vast array of partners and customers to advance the company's mission of generating new technologies and/or improve upon ones already in place, thus empowering people all over the world to lead more efficient and effective lives.
nMotion technologies is looking for upbeat, focused and well-organized individuals to join the Inside Sales team selling nMotion technologies solutions including the AdSemble and AdCumulate enterprise editions.
You must be comfortable making dozens of cold calls a day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, building solutions and closing sales of $30 to $100K. You must also have demonstrated experience prospecting and growing an account list, as well as closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close
- Lead Generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow up
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Present and articulate advanced product features
- Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years selling experience in hardware/software sales
- Proven track record in inside sales
- Experience in closing deals in the $30-$90K range
- Ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close
- Ability to manage in high activity and high transaction environment
- Excellent communications capabilities
